I oppose this regulation.
I use the leveraged and inverse funds as a hedge for my
portfolio during time of volatility.
I strongly oppose the restrictions on my right to invest in the leveraged and inverse funds which I have a full understanding including their risks. Also I strongly oppose any requirement on me to pass a test before I can invest in the leveraged and inverse funds which should be available to all of the public, not just the privileged.
Freedom to choose how I want to invest my money should be left to me. Govt should focus on providing reliable and fraud free market for investors.
Leveraged ETFs are an extremely important part of my investment strategy. I am familiar with the risks, and the discontinuation of my access to these instruments would adversely affect my portfolio to a great degree.
Please do not add more hurtles to investing in inverse ETFs and leveraged ETFs.
I should have the right to choose the investments that fit my family. We should have to go through a special process to invest. Leverage and inverse funds are what i like to invest in and are important to me.
ME not regulators OR BIG GOVERNMENT!!! should be able to choose the public investments that are right for me and my family. Public investments should be available to all of the public, not just the privileged!!!!
Comments: inverse options provide a good hedge against downside risk!
I have been using these funds as part of my portfolio for over ten years and I should not be forced to stop. I dont have the time to research individual stocks but I can follow trends in our economy. That is why I like these funds. Please do not make any changes. Bill Grigat
A fool and their money are lucky enough to be together in the first place!
Govt stay out of my investment selections and do your job of ensuring a fair, public market, nothing else! My business is my business, not yours!
