Dear FINRA Regulators, Me not regulators should be able to choose the public investments that are right for you and your family. Public investments should be available to all of the public, not just the privileged.

We have rights to invest how ever we want.
I oppose what you are trying to do with my investments I should be allowed to do what I want to do and not be told what to do
Please let us continue trading the leveraged trades. Thank you
I strongly disagree with this attempt to limit investors options. There wasn't any requirements for us to trade these leveraged instruments and there shouldn't be any now. That's what we have disclosures for.
I have a right to invest freely in what I deem to be an acceptable risk for myself and family. Inverse and leveraged funds help me prospect and hedge against unanticipated moves in the market. By forcing people to jump through hoops by passing certain tests etc. it just creates more headache and slows down the efficiency of markets.
Every body should be able to invest in the securities you propose to legislate. The information about these securities is widely available and well documented. In addition, the average person does not have the insider information that the likes of Nancy Pelosi and Chuck Schumer have in order to make millions off the stock market. As is the case, regulating the average American away from the ability to invest in these securities is another blow to the financial security of ordinary Americans
I want the right to invest where I please! No law should keep people from opportunity!
