- Many of the leverage etfs, specially those which represents the broader market, such as UDOW (3x Dow Jones etf), have a long term upward movement and can be held long term if investors can stomach the volatility. Meaning if investor held them, they would have been rewarded. If you ignore the most recent downturn, UDOW since inception had an upward movement and rewarded investors more than 15 times their original investment outperforming the Dow Jones Etf over the same period.

I should be able to make my own decisions about investments. I have used leveraged ETFs for more than five years now to build my wealth. It should not be a tool simply for financial professionals or the wealthy. Do not infringe upon our rights.

Limiting retail investors rights to invest as we see fit is wrong. Its discriminatory and its dictatorial.

Regulators should not be the ones to choosing what investments are right for my family. Remember that America became the historical powerhouse because it embraced the principles of the free market.

Public investments should be available to all of the public,

There are more productive ways in which to control volatility in the market.

I oppose restrictions to my investment decision. I do not need anyone's approval to invest my own hard earned money in a FREE society. I am capable of understanding written information and to not need BIG BROTHER's approval or protection. I strongly oppose restrictions to my right to invest MY money.

Please dont take away my freedoms and limit my choices. I already have enough government protection. Less choices stifles innovations and competition. I use leveraged funds as a enhancement to my overall strategy. Thank you and I trust youll make the right choice.

I find it offensive that a regulatory agency wants to curtail the private financial investment choices of adult citizens, under the guise of "protecting" us.

Free markets work best when they are truly FREE. I am perfectly capable of reading the prospectus and understanding the risks of my investment decisions. If a person does not understand those risks, then the prudent move is to walk away. But again, they are free to make whatever choice seems best to them.

Retail traders should choose whatever products that fits their trading strategies. I strongly oppose this proposal
