I should be able to choose the public investments that are right for myself. Public investments should be available to all of the public, not just the privileged.
I shouldn't have to go through any special process like passing a test before you can invest in public securities,
like leveraged and inverse funds. I am capable of understanding leveraged and inverse funds and their risks. I do need these measures imposed from regulators.

Myself as an investor should be able to pick any public investment that I wish. These investments should not be only available to a select group.

Public investments should be available to anyone who wishes to invest in them. There is no need for more regulations.

I should be able to choose to do whatever I want with my own money.

The idea that having a higher net worth makes you more educated and qualified to make "sound investments" is the most discriminatory thing I've ever heard.

Most investors understand leveraged products along with volatility drag. These propsed restrictions are draconian. Please do not impose them.

I have been actively participating the FREE U. S. stock market for 20 years. I am against to the restrictions on investing specific products by regulators. First of all I need these leveraged and inverse funds to protect and making gains of my portfolio. Secondary the current regulations are enough to protect investors. Added restrictions will unnecessarily putting burdens on small investors like me. Thirdly, most of investors are careful and have common senses to invest these products.

I'm a self directed woman investor and NOT in favor of anyone decided what I can and can't invest in based on wealth, complexity of investment, or whether or not I can pass a test. Making the changes suggested will eliminate my ability to fund my retirement at a reasonable level, that I have been carefully and diligently saving and investing for for over 3 decades.

Instead of trying to pass more restrictions for average lower income bracket investors, how about you looking into institutional shorting of stocks? The way they manipulate the market so easily is criminal.
