FINRA Data provides non-commercial use of data, specifically the ability to save data views and create and manage a Bond Watchlist.
For Industry Professionals
Registered representatives can fulfill Continuing Education requirements, view their industry CRD record and perform other compliance tasks.
For Member Firms
Firm compliance professionals can access filings and requests, run reports and submit support tickets.
I oppose restrictions to my right to invest.
I believe that restricting leveraged and inverse ETFs is unnecessary as existing prospectuses already list and explain risks associated with these investments. Although I have passed the series 65, I see no reason that this certification or any other certifying exam would be necessary or beneficial to invest in these ETFs.
This is unfair to the investors and the free market. Please do not go forward with this and restrict investors.
Comments: I like to use these leveraged products for short duration trades in an efforts to enhance returns of my core portfolio. I also use leveraged inverse funds to hedge my long positions and I prefer it to shorting or buying puts.
Please do not change or restrict my ability to trade them.
