Joseph Frangiosa Comment On Regulatory Notice 22-08

Several Comments on FINRA Notice #22-08: 1) I understand exactly what inverse and leveraged funds are and do not wish to be burdened by any type of special process that delays or restricts my ability to invest in such funds. 2) I can choose for myself what investments are right for me and do not want any regulations that would restrict my choice to do so in any way while potentially letting others invest in such securities. It's a matter of fairness to all market participants.

Zeke Domowski Comment On Regulatory Notice 22-08

What I do with my money is my choice. It is an overreach to tell me what I can and can't invest in.

Please do NOT restrict investing in leveraged funds.

If restrictions are put in place and I am forced to sell a stock at a loss, that loss will be replaced by those that vote for it.

Do not push this bill through unless you have millions of dollars to pay back your constituents if there are any losses that occurred from forcing them to sell their shares.

Marios Philippou Comment On Regulatory Notice 22-08

I oppose restrictions to my right to invest in TQQQ, SQQQ and other leveraged products. I have been investing in these products for years and they are no more risky that any other stocks in the market. Anybody trading in the market has to understand that there is risk involved and chooses to take that risk...regulators should not try to babysit investors by trying to tell them which stock or fund they should or should not invest in.
