Anthony Mainz Comment On Regulatory Notice 22-08

I have been invested and successfully trading leveraged funds for 24 years. Trading leveraged funds provided me the income to retire early, I am now disabled and no longer able to work, taking away my ability to trade leveraged funds would take away my ability to support myself. The worst thing that could happen is preventing my ability to buy leveraged funds when the market is down, preventing me from ever recouping my investment.

Richard Cammon Comment On Regulatory Notice 22-08

To Whom It May Concern: The world of investments is like any other marketplace phenomena. Prices go up and down. It is a profit and loss system. I should be allowed to invest in any financial product I choose. If an investment is clearly not what it says it is, that is fraud. Fraudulent investments are not legal. Do not impose additional restrictions on the investing public. It does not promote market process. Buyer beware. Investor beware.

George Thanjan Comment On Regulatory Notice 22-08

Public Investments should be available to the public according to their choice without restrictions. Out of the various Investments available, some choose the stock market understanding the risk and reward associated with it. Out of this only a small percentage of the people are involved in leveraged and inverse fund and they fully understand the added risks involved,
In this type of situation, there is no need for restrictions on the investor by the Regulators. Thanks.

John Hoffman Comment On Regulatory Notice 22-08

I oppose any restrictions on my, and my family's right to trade in ways that use leverage or inverse trading vehicles. I have been using these vehicles for the last 50 years without any negative impact. I understand how they work and the risks involved if used improperly. Therefore I do not need these proposed measures imposed on me or my family. Thank you for allowing me to share my opinions on this matter with you.

Pedro Mendozaluna Comment On Regulatory Notice 22-08

I am a retail investor that needs access to the same shares, instruments and leveraged techniques and hedges institutional and very well to do investors have. I understand and assume all risk with my capital. I use some of these instruments to seek higher returns in some cases or hedge against loss in other instances. As long as there is a prospectus and a warning on use and misuse of these tools, I and only I want to make the determination whether this may be the right strategy for me.
Please less, regulation.
