Venugopal Taritla Comment On Regulatory Notice 22-08

Dear FINRA,
While it is understandable that you have the interest of investors on mind, it is not fair to restrict investment opportunities to accredited investors and high net worth individuals. This will end up in rich getting richer and poor staying poor. Retail investors do educate themselves before picking investments whether stocks ETFs or leveraged products. Definitely better than gambling and lottery which are legal and accessible irrespective of net worth etc. please do not restrict access to leveraged and inverse products.

S. Bechtold Comment On Regulatory Notice 22-08

I am opposed to restrictions on my ability to trade in publicly traded hedge or derivative funds.
I am of age and use these types of investments as a very small part of our family investments, but they allow me to participate in the market during economic periods of change without liquidating my long-term holdings.
A simple and straightforward note or warning would be sufficient to alert potential investors of related risks.

Scott Anderson Comment On Regulatory Notice 22-08

I should be able to choose the public investments that are right for me. Public investments should be available to the public. I shouldn't have to go through any special process to be able to invest in these securities. Leveraged and inverse funds are important to my investment strategy and allow me to trade broader sectors with less exposure and capital investment. I understand the risks involved with making these investments.
