I am responsible for my own investments, and for the risks I am willing to accept. Do not play big government that thinks it knows better than I do about the risks I am willing to accept. I am college educated and have been invested for decades. Please leave my investment decisions up to me and do not interfere with my right to invest as I please.

Leveraged security and option instruments are important components of both my short and long term investment plans. Over-regulating these financial instruments could potentially cause great financial harm and substantially reduce future returns. Limiting investments to only individuals of high net worth seems to be against the Equal Protection Clause established by the 14th Amendment to the US Constitution.

Leveraged ETFs are a valuable tool investors utilize to deploy certain strategies. While the risk is amplified, the return can be as well. Further, while some argue the risk is too great, investors have the right to take risks within their individual risk appetite

Please note that it is important to allow individual investors the freedom to choose investment securities including leveraged etfs as it is used to manage returns and risks. Most people who are even aware of such etfs are sophisticated investors like myself who have the investment knowledge and its impact on portfolios. I request if you can please allow the free flow in the capital markets. Thank you.

I shouldn't have to go through any special process like passing a test before you can invest in public securities, including cryptocurrency funds. I am capable of understanding cryptocurrency funds and risks. Regulators do not need these measures imposed on nor do we need capital gains tax so high on people who invest in crypto compared to those who invest in stocks

It's important that we have access to leverages ETF's in our investment strategy. These are important so I can risk less cash in order to gain a higher return.
