Nathan Bremner Comment On Regulatory Notice 22-08
I should be allowed to invest freely in a free market. Restrictions like this inhibit my ability to be able to invest reliably in funds I believe to be sound.

Please dont privilege big institutions by limiting access to levered ETFs only to them. Individuals can make their own decisions whether it is levered ETFs or options or futures. Please stop hurting individuals in your effort to help them.
I oppose any effort to restrict my ability to invest in leveraged or inverse funds. There are already too many regulations restricting the ability of individual investors to fully participate in our economy. The opportunity for financial success should not be limited to the wealthy. FINRA should protect us all from fraud but NOT from reasonable risks.
Simply said. Restricting investment vehicles as considered is unfair to smaller investors. It's my choice.
Please, give me people the right of investment.
I should be able to invest in any listed stock, MF or ETF that is available. I do not want politicians or folks appointed by politicians to decide what is a good investment for me. I want to make that decision
I oppose any restrictions to my right to invest in leveraged funds and would like to keep on investing in the leveraged funds and I understand the risks associated with it.
I not regulators should be able to choose the public
investments that are right for me. Public investments, including leveraged funds should be available to all of the public, not just the privileged.
I shouldn't have to go through any special process
like passing a test before you can invest in public securities, like leveraged and inverse funds. I should not be paying regulator restricted money making companies any of extra money to be able to invest in funds I deem appropriate to invest.
Leveraged and inverse funds are important to my investment strategies. I use these type of funds to appropriately manage my risks verses specific high value and volatile stocks that are subject to adverse news and developments. Especially the NASDAQ stocks that are irrationally priced. I shouldn't have to go through any special process before I can invest in public securities, like leveraged and inverse funds. I'm very capable of understanding leveraged and inverse funds and their risks. They are important to my overall investment returns.
The rights of the people stem from the right to private property. The right to invest must not be infringed upon.
Furthermore, I understand the risk that comes with the use of leveraged funds and see this as highly paternalistic and unfair. The market should be blind to the personal status of the investor just as it is blind to the personal status of buyers of goods.
