Dennis Healy Comment On Regulatory Notice 22-08

I urge you, beg you really, not to move forward with these proposed regulations. My wife and I are retired, and depend on our investment income. I have been successfully investing in equity markets for decades now and leveraged funds have played a crucial role in that. I consider myself knowledgeable and experienced and am well aware of the risks involved. I strongly feel that I should be able to choose the investments that are right for me. Please feel free to contact me with any questions. Thank you, Dennis Healy

Darrell Rodgers Comment On Regulatory Notice 22-08

Such intervention is unwarranted and an attack on my right to determine my own path forward. How elitist can this government get? Such securities should be open to ALL, not just the privileged few. Such maneuvers as "passing a test" is quite reminiscent of Jim Crow voting laws designed to prevent black Americans from voting! I am fully capable of understanding leveraged and inverse funds and their risks and I know how they fit into my PERSONAL investment strategy. Do NOT impose restrictions on my investment choices.

John Barbara Comment On Regulatory Notice 22-08

I am an experienced investor who is aware of how ETFs and inverse type funds work. Like any other investment there is due diligence and risk, which I accept. I dont think FINRA should over reach and and limit availability and access to these instruments. Instead, they should focus more in investor education, especially to younger generations that are crafting their investment strategies, and not focus on closing access to these instruments.
