I oppose restrictions to the stock market.
I invest in Closed End Funds and BDCs for income. Please don't make it harder for small retail investors like myself to invest in these income vehicles.
Please don't do this.
The individual investor should be able to choose the public investments that are right for themselves and their family. Public investments should be available to all of the public, not just the privileged. not regulators the regulators should stay out of how the public makes their trading decisions. Perhaps the regulators should look at Members of Congress that trade in insider information instead.
Please do not limit my ability in any way to purchase the funds I choose to invest in. I should not have to prove my acumen in investing in securities, including leveraged funds, if that is what I deem is appropriate for my investment style and/or need.
Keep the market free. Each investor needs to do their own evaluation and pick their own stocks. The Government needs to stay out of this. The Government's job is let the market operate freely without special regulations as to who can invest.
Regulators need to pay more attention to the institution's behaviors and stop penalizing the public. This whole market was designed to steal as much money from the public and you need to start tilting things in our favor instead of against us.
Leveraged and inverse funds are one strategy that should remain available to the public without jumping through hoops. I'm capable of doing my own due diligence and research, and I do not need more regulations to make my life more difficult and costly.
I understand the risk of leveraged ETF/products and use them carefully. They help me get bigger returns with less capital. I should be able to choose what I invest in without having to pass tests.
I believe leveraged ETF's create an important investment tool for individual investors to both hedge their portfolio and create risk weighted and diversified portfolios that would otherwise be restricted only to clients of expensive financial management firms. Please allow leveraged ETF's to continue to democratize access to these important portfolio management tools.
Regulation on leveraged etfs is unjust. Allow investors to make their own educated decisions
