Timothy Tensen Comment On Regulatory Notice 22-08

As an investor, it is my responsibility to understand, research and select investments, along with the ultimate risks & rewards. This is the same I would expect of anyone who is investing.

For leveraged funds, it is a critical part of my broad investment strategy, again knowing the full risks, up & down. All fund prospectus's provides clear picture of the investment strategy, history, risks, etc., etc. Anyone investing should be aware of these and many other sources of information to be able to make informed decisions.

Investor not regulators should be able to choose the public investments that are right for investor and their family.

Public investments should be available to all of the public,
not just the privileged.

We shouldn't have to go through any special process
like passing a test before we can invest in public securities, like leveraged and inverse funds.
We are capable of understanding leveraged and inverse funds and their risks. and do not need these measures imposed on us

I shouldn't have to go through any special process like passing a test before I can invest in public securities, like leveraged and inverse funds. I am fully capable of understanding leveraged and inverse funds and their risks. I do not need these measures imposed on me. Leveraged and inverse funds are important to my investment strategies.

Johnathan Thompson Comment On Regulatory Notice 22-08

As a small time investor leveraged ETFs present one of the safest and most reliable ways for portfolio to have exposure that is leveraged higher than the market value. The risks associated with these assets are made clear and are readily presented before investing. I strongly believe that the money I earn is mine to invest in what I see fit and that regulators have no right or business to restrict access to leveraged assets.
