Inverse funds are part of my investment strategy, especially in markets like we have today. I should be able to decide what I want to invest in, not someone who does not know me or my situation.

I know what I am doing. I know the risk on investing in the leveraged instruments.

Pls stop the trend towards regulating free choice & adult behavior in America by our govt agencies.

Any additional regulation is an insult to my intelligence as an investor. I already know the risks involved and accept them as I make such investments. The use of these funds is an important part of my investment strategy. Stay out of the way.

We as individual investors need to have equal opportunity to invest like the pros and would like for us to have access to these leveraged funds. We as individual investors assume these risks of higher losses also and the ability to use leveraged funds should not be taken away from us.

I oppose restrictions to my right to invest in leveraged ETFs. They are tools that should be available to everyone not just the very rich and connected.

Please do not limit my investments.

I have successfully used leveraged and inverse funds to grow my portfolio over the last 7+ years.
This has been through Rollover IRA , Roth IRA and individual account.
This gives the individual investor the ability to grow their capital at a faster pace and keep abreast with large institutional investors.
Please allow us to be able to invest in these Leveraged and inverse funds.

I oppose limiting my ability to trade leveraged funds by regulations. I would like to have a choice to trade them or not.

Please do not prohibit my ability to invest in leveraged and inverse funds. These represent a critical ability for me to generate superior risk-adjusted returns, and limit my downside. My 25 years of experience with investing has prepared me well to use these instruments. I don't want your protections, I don't need your protections. Your protections will hurt me. Your protections will financially damage me. The true risk here is unneeded and undesired FINRA regulations, not the funds.
