We understand the risks and benefits of investing in leverage ETF and this investment option is important to me and I should have the freedom to invest in them.

I do not see any reason why an adult should be limited in the simple buying and selling of ETF's, be they leveraged or unleveraged, long or short.
further limiting my ability to defend my investments in my 401K is criminal.
I oppose restrictions to my right to invest in leveraged funds. I should have the right to invest in public investments, and shouldn't have to take some special test or get some special permission to invest.
I opposed this. Investors should be allowed to invest in whatever they like to
This puts the consumer at a disadvantage. Inverse and leveraged have their place for definite reasons such as hedging in order to limit or even gain on a potential loss. Or you have want to effectively want to increase ones exposure to a particular short term. IF people can trade options and warrants I don't understand why this area would not be treated differently after all these investments can be investments for years while options expire any where from one day to two years.
I think it is impoortant to make my own investment decisions.
Do not stop access to leverage and inverse funds.
You are not smarter than me in my personal finance. Do not try to limit my choices in investing. I do vote.
Hello,
I am writing to you regarding FINRA Regulatory Notice #22-08, and more specifically in my support for the freedom to invest how I choose as an individual investor. While I dont trade on a highly frequent basis I greatly appreciate my current freedom to use leveraged and inverse funds in my portfolio, as I enjoy trading as I see fit. I do not believe that my and others freedoms should be limited in this regard and appreciate you taking my comments into consideration.
