Comments: Hello: I have used leveraged ETFs in my account for many years. It is a small portion of my total investment account. It has been by far the most profitable area for me for many years. Please do not regulate and add new rules forthe use of leveraged ETFS. Thank you. Chris Vig
I need the ability to shape my investment / IRA portfolio in the most advantageous way especially with the help of a financial advisory or fiduciary.
Please leave everything as it stands in regards to the availability of investment products. The knowledgeable and experienced money managers of brokers, and the government show no higher skill in investing, i.e. the current financial condition of the US government. Please allow citizens the freedom to manage their own money, for better or for worse. If they have the capability to earn and save it, they should have the capability to manage it. Thanks for your consideration.
I should have the right to invest my money in any public investment I choose. I should not have to be tested or other unnecesssary requirements to purchase public investments.
I purchase these investment only when recommended by the investment new letter I follow, so they are a limited part of my investments.
Leveraged and inverse ETF are a great tool to invest for me. The volatility presents an opportunity for many investors. In fact it is individual stocks that are much, much more risky. I find it appalling and an outreach that you seek to regulate leveraged ETFs, especially ones that track the market.
To whom it may concern, I think it is an absolutely terrible idea to try and do a way with ledge leveraged and inverse ETFs which I have used for over 20 years now to protect my portfolio in times of volatility. I am a professional investor and have been in the business for over 30 years and I see no reason whatsoever why regulators should try and do away with these instruments. It is a big step backwards I believe
I would much prefer that this trading option be available to me. I don't do a lot with these funds mentioned, but I am studying and may use them in future trading.
Please don't take these away.
I respectfully request that this organization do not restrict my ability to invest as I choose.
