FINRA is publishing its quarterly OTC Equities High Price Dissemination List for the third quarter of 2024. This updated list of OTC equity securities eligible for trade report dissemination for trades of fewer than 100 shares is effective as of December 13, 2024. To view changes, visit the Daily List: Security Attribute Changes page, select the “Unit of Trades” filter and enter December 12, 2024 as the “Start” date and December 13, 2024 as the “End” date.
If a PDT account goes under 25k it should still be allowed to trade with settled cash.
Why would you prevent the cash from being used at all and force them to convert it to a cash only account?
The margin should simply be removed and the customer should be allowed to continue trading with their cash.
