I OPPOSE RESTRICTIONS TO MY RIGHT TO INVEST
I understand the risks with Leveraged fund.
There is risk in every investment.
It should be my choice if I want to take the risk or not.
I OPPOSE RESTRICTIONS TO MY RIGHT TO INVEST
I shouldn't have to go through any special testing or processes to make investments.
I OPPOSE RESTRICTIONS TO MY RIGHT TO INVEST
I am opposed to restrictions on my right to invest in any public securities.
I have long made use of closed-end funds and own at some now. I can't imagine that such securities are considered riskier investments than stocks.
I have purchased leveraged and inverse funds on my own in the past as part of my own investment strategies. Currently, a financial advisor I use purchases such investments on my behalf.
Additional regulations are unnecessary and would not be helpful to investors.
I OPPOSE RESTRICTIONS TO MY RIGHT TO INVEST
I don't support any further regulation on leveraged ETFs. Leveraged ETFs are an important tool for all investors and limiting access prevents a fair playing field in the markets.
I OPPOSE RESTRICTIONS TO MY RIGHT TO INVEST
