Robin Messing Comment On Regulatory Notice 22-08

I oppose any burdensome regulation on leveraged funds. I have no objection if you want to require potential investors to read information about a fund's risk and pass a test based on that reading before allowing the investor to invest in a high-risk fund. But I have invested in a leveraged fund where I can lose all my investment, and I accept that risk based on market factors. However, when I invested I did not anticipate the government would make it significantly harder for me to sell my investment. That is not a risk I want to take.

Can't believe such a regulation comes from FINRA?! America is about THE Ultimate country to let investors to have total freedom investing in this amazing market, with such action is like telling the world this country is not as confident as before any more!
there's always risks in investment, bigger return higher the risk, it's just common sense, I understand the words Leveraged/inverse funds, it's very obvious , I use them to hedge as well!

I oppose restrictions to my right to Invest! What gives YOU the right to decide what public investments I'm allowed to invest in? If the securities are public, then as a public citizen, I should be able to invest in them as I see fit. Not as YOU see fit! ALL citizens should have EQUAL access to all PUBLIC securities. They should not be limited to only citizens with a certain income level, or those with a particular level of savings. That's discrimination! And perpetuates class level segregation!

Gary Gutchess Comment On Regulatory Notice 22-08

In response to FINRA Regulatory Notice #22-08, I oppose all restrictions on my right, and on my right as trustee on behalf of beneficiaries to whom I owe duties, to invest in funds of my choosing.

By discriminating in favor of some shareholders over others, restrictions that have been proposed are a denial of equal protection under the law. They in effect would preselect who will prosper in future market conditions and who will not. The Agency ought not be involved in favoring some investors over others.

To whom it may concern I am writing to request that I be able on my own behalf have the ability to buy and sell shares on my own , I have a great concept on how to do this and want the ability to retain the options on my own behalf to do so , I believe you should not interfere in private investors ability to do so , this is not good for interference from the government to do so. Thanks for you taking the time to hear my view on this issue . DD Carlson
