By threatening the existence of this type of ETF/ETN via limitations you will create more losers than the number of investors you could possibly help. That is not your purpose; find something actually causing a problem - both sides of any of these trades exist and there should be less limitations for this type of fund rather than forcing me to use my margin account and/or options to replicate the leverage

I can do whatever with my money it would be my choice

I should be free to choose how and with whom I invest my own money. I do not need any third party to qualify me or an investment before I choose to willingly make it. I do not need forced "protection" and should be allowed to take any risk I feel appropriate.

I should be able to invest in public investment

Allowing only certain investors the ability to invest in these funds is nothing short of criminal, unfair and anti American. I oppose restrictions to my right to invest.

I have used these fund to help insulate my portfolio from volatility and downturns. Caveat emptor, and as long as these funds dont pose a risk to market stability they should in not in my opinion be restricted.

Dark pools are where we need to be shining the light.

Please do not make any restrictions on leveraged or inverse investment opportunities. I have been in the investment world for twenty five years. These funds are important to my investment strategy. Please don't belittle the American public by assuming that we do not understand these funds. There are other, bigger investment problems in the world today. Dear FINRA, First of all, I am the owner of my own money. The regulators have no right AT ALL to make me go through certain process to make my own investment decisions. Leveraged and inverse funds are important to my investment strategies. I put part of my investment fund in TQQQ and UPRO on a regular basis as a long-term bet for the positive outlook of US economy. People would argue that TQQQ or other leveraged ETF (like UPRO) are not suitable for long-term holding; I completely disagree. The last 10 years is the best proof.

I totally object to limiting investors rights to invest in leveraged and inverse funds. I acknowledge the risks associated with this, educated about them, and stay on top of the current situations.
