I use double and triple leveraged long and short index funds as one of multiple tools to implement my investment objectives. I invest a small percentage of my investment portfolio in leveraged assets. These leveraged investments achieve a small dumbbell portfolio distribution in what is predominantly a conservative porfolio.

I am a high net worth investor and require special permission to invest in leveraged index funds on my investment platform which includes review of applicable material.

FINRA should not infringe my right to trade leveraged funds. It's as simple as that.

ALL INFORMATION WHICH HAS BEEN PROVIDED TO ME ABOUT THESE PRODUCTS OVER THE YEARS HAS BEEN VERY CLEAR IN DESCRIBING THE PRODUCTS AND THEIR RISKS. I HAVE RUN THE NUMBERS MANY TIMES USING HISTORICAL DATA AND FIND THAT LEVERAGED PRODUCTS CAN BE HELPFUL AND SOUND INVESTMENTS.

PLEASE do not restrict access to leveraged ETFs. I can take responsibility, as all adults should - and we do not need anyone to restrict our ability to choose investments that match our risk/reward profile. All stocks require knowing their risks before investing, and leveraged funds should be treated no different just because they might be more risky. Leveraged funds are an integral part of my investing strategy and portfolio.

I oppose any efforts to restrict investors right to purchase public investments.

Locking investors out of common investment products based on factors such as net worth imposes undue burden on investors and does little to provide protection for inexperienced investors. Those same people that are supposed to be protected by this can easily treat the market as a casino in a myriad of waysor just go to Vegas. Trying to restrict a broad section of the public is not the answer. Thanks

I, not regulartors, should be able to choose the public investments that are right for you and your family.
Public investments should be available to all of the public, not just the privileged.

It poses a severe threat towards market fairness. It's like locking people in home because of Flu. Retail traders or investors should be able to freely choose whatever products that fit their trading strategies. Finance is NOT only for the rich or the privileged. We know what leveraged funds are. Also, the liquidity will be severely affected
