I'm strongly opposed to any restrictions on leveraged/inverse funds. I feel I should be able to invest in these funds without passing a test, special approvals, or having "high net worth".
Every investor is able to decide for themselves and understand the risks of leveraged/inverse funds. Regulators should not be a part of that decision and should stay out of the decision process.

I use Leverage funds cautiously to protect my investment. The proposed ban of individual investors from leverage funds makes hedge funds more powerful and people like me tend to lose much more. It got to be equal opportunity investment.

One thing to concern is that most investors invest on funds that already know their characteristics an so on, limiting the buy from this types of etfs is absurd and trying to cancel it is something that only a Buffon could do, also one consideration is that this types of restrictions will lead to further ones meaning that only a small porcentage of people on the future will not be able to handle it

This is very unfair. I should continue to have the freedom to invest in what and when I want without any third party intervention. I made my investment decisions with full responsibility. There are tools and resources available for investing. Each person has their own responsibility to educate themselves before they make an investment decision. Each platform that I invest through provides handbooks and prospectus to makesure as an investor we are educated. This literally goes angainst what a free market trade should be.

Please don't do this.

We need to be able to invest as we see fit, not some government bureaucrat or elected official. No restrictions on our freedom for self-determination.

Please be advised that we the people have the right to decide what to invest in. It is gross discrimination to regulate public investments to be available only to the privileged, the already rich. This is the United States of America, where all have opportunities under the Constitution, which guarantees all to to be created equal, thus having equal opportunity. As individuals we don't want or need regulators to decide for us what we can or cannot invest in. Nor do we need to take a test or prove our worthiness to invest.

Any limiting regulations on my ability to utilize leveraged products will substantively reduce my investment returns and adversely impact my ability to hedge and enhance my positions. Investing and trading are not "risk free" endeavors. Denying products to the many as a few may suffer adverse consequences is unfair and punishes the "little guy" that so many regulators claim to protect.

You not regulators should be able to choose the public
