I am writing you to oppose restrictions to my right to invest.

I oppose rule #22-08

Why dont you guys go after the real criminals like Warren Buffett, the King of Insider Trading. How about all of the criminals involved in the 2008 meltdown? Did any of those people go to jail?

Within reasonable limits, consenting and legally competent adults should be able to invest how they please.

Limiting the general public's access to capital markets and leverage isn't the answer. Sounds like something a banana republic would do.

Regulations need to be in other areas, not on these funds, they are my major holdings.

Anybody should be able to invest in what ever way they see fit. They know the risks and they know they need to research or find a competent money manager to help them. Its a gamble just like living.
