Aaron Johnson Comment On Regulatory Notice 22-08
I would like to continue to trade these.
For the Public
FINRA Data provides non-commercial use of data, specifically the ability to save data views and create and manage a Bond Watchlist.
For Industry Professionals
Registered representatives can fulfill Continuing Education requirements, view their industry CRD record and perform other compliance tasks.
For Member Firms

I would like to continue to trade these.
More regulation is not needed from the USs regulatory bodies. The addition of these restrictions will only further enhance the chasm between wall street and those trying to invest for they and their families. Spend your time focusing on the big banks and not the little guy.
Comments: People should be able to trade what ever instruments they choose to
Please do not limit my ability to buy leveraged and inverse funds.
Please dont do this.
1:1 inverse funds are one of the very few remaining tools available to individual investors today that can help even the odds and improve market performance. Depriving investors of their right to access these funds would hurt the very people you're intending to help.
The investing public should be free to choose investments on their own, rather than having access controlled by a cabal of privileged insiders and market players.
Leave our investment choices out of the hands of regulators!! I should be able to choose to invest in whatever I want to invest in. I say NO to the FINRA Regulatory notice!
I do not agree with anyone deciding for me what I can and cant invest in I think it should be up to each individual just like I choose if I want to drink soda or candy which everyone can agree is unhealthy I feel the same regarding my money if I choose to invest at 10x leverage its up to me we should not have to go through any tests to be eligible just as it is when I buy soda
I would like to trade leveraged and inverse funds.
We should have our own choice of investment
