Stop taking my freedom this country was founded on this principle and we don't need anymore control by government agencies.
I OPPOSE RESTRICTIONS TO MY RIGHT TO INVEST.
I strongly appose you limiting my use of leveraged. Funds. I am prudent investor who uses these funds on regular basis.
I strongly oppose any and all regulation on my choices of investments. Our current net worth includes hard assets, our home/car/etc., IRAs, Savings deposits, bank accounts, and credit union accounts. The total values are just over 1 million dollars. I know this is small compared to the 1% that rule the country, but it started with employer matched funding IRA decades ago. We built it slowly and carefully. Now retired, my choice of my investments should not be dictated by others.
No government agency should be able to limit where I invest my money. I will make my own choices and invest where I think is most beneficial.
I feel perfectly well qua lied to make this kind of financial decision on my own without the meddling disinterest of a bureaucracy trying to find ways of enhancing their chances to remain viable. Get your hands off and take care of what you have to do NOW. You are not doing a good job as is.
I not regulators should be able to choose public investments that are right for ME and MY family. Public investments should be available to all of the public, not just the privileged.
I shouldn't have to go through any special process like passing a test before I can invest in public securities, like leveraged and inverse funds. I am capable of understanding leveraged and inverse funds and their risks. I do not need these measures imposed on me.
I OPPOSE RESTRICTIONS TO MY RIGHT TO INVEST.
It is important to me that I not regulators should be able to choose the public investments that are right for my portfolio. Public investments should be available to all of the public, not just the privileged. I also use levered ETFs to offset other exposures in my portfolio that cannot be reduced, e.g. exposures to DB pension benefits with incomplete inflation indexing and hence inflation risk.
