Maria Gonzalez Comment On Regulatory Notice 22-08

I oppose restrictions on my right to invest in public investments.
I should be able to choose the public investments that right for me. Public investment should be available to everybody, not just the privileged.
I'm capable to select what is better for me them you, since you don't have a clue what my needs are.

Please, do not change what is working. Every time you regulators, do any change is for the worst.

It has taken nearly 100 years to earn the right to access tools to allow the middle class options to make financial gains kept exclusive by the US founding families. In 1999 came the chance to access markets as a self directed entity . We have been smart enough to gain wealth over the last 25 years using these tools . If FINRA now takes access away, it only means the traditional founding family ancestors are once again trying to keep the wealth limited to their blood lines .

Government in the USA is supposed to be by the people and for the people. I am tired of unelected regulators demanding and imposing rules that are not legislated and voted on by the people. We need diversified investment strategies to provide for our family members and to counter the challenges of inflation and shrinking GDP. Protect us from the government bureaucrats and the tyranny of the unelected.
