Paul Geisler Comment On Regulatory Notice 22-08
Do NOT restrict in any way my ability to buy leveraged ETFs! That would be ridiculous.

I oppose the proposed rule that hinders my ability to invest in these type of funds.
I lost tons of money by holding inversed leveraged ETFs, but it has more to do with Feds willfully propping up the market with easy money than misunderstanding of the risks of these type of instruments. Investors should have the freedom to invest in what they believe, and the regulator should be make sure fair rules for everyone, not by limiting the instruments available to investors.
Expect regulators to serve public interest not control how they should invest. This is "Land of the Free, Home of the Brave"
I OPPOSE limitations on the investment. It is my right to buy leveraged and inverse funds like UltraPro and UltraPro Short funds. Public investments should be available to all of the public, not just the privileged. I understand leveraged and inverse funds and their risks. I use them to protect my investment and they are very important tools in my investment strategy.
I oppose the proposed rule regarding leveraged and inverse funds. I am fully capable of deciding for myself whether these funds are appropriate or not. Such instruments are important to my investment strategies, and it should not be the role of government to limit choices made by investors.
I am the most qualified to make the financial decisions that affect MY family.
I oppose restrictions on my right to invest in public investments. I not regulators, should be able to choose the public investments that are right for me and my family. Public investments should be available to all of the public, not just the privileged. I shouldn't have to go through any special process like passing a test before I can invest in public securities, like leveraged and inverse funds. I am capable of understanding leveraged and inverse funds and their risks. I do not need these measures imposed on me. Leveraged and inverse funds are important to my investment strategies.
I should be able to choose the public investments that are right for you and your family. Public investments should be available to all of the public, not just the privileged. As a self-taught investor, leveraged and inverse funds have become an important part of my investment strategy. They are the easiest way for ordinary Americans like myself to either take defensive investment strategies as a hedge to the bulk of their portfolio, or as an intentional investment made based upon current market situations.
I am tired of the government thinking for me. Our freedoms are compromised enough without regulators telling me what's best, or making me jump through endless loops to invest in public securities and the leveraged or inverse funds I may want to use to offset risk.
