I oppose to additional restrictions to invest in leveraged and inverse funds. I am capable of understanding the risks and limit my exposure accordingly, and believe others investing in such funds do too. It is in fact easier to use these funds than trying to achieve the same results by myself.
If anything I'd be in favor of funds providing easier to understand educational resources to those willing to invest in such funds.

Limiting investment into certain leverage funds in cryptocurrency tracking funds and futures such as BITO to just wealthy individuals is not equitable nor fair. Also forcing individuals that are currently invested in it to divest from it at the bottom of the market as the market has been trending down would not be in the best interest of American investors. This could cause millions of Americans to lose millions of dollars. This would not benefit anyone in the slightest bit nor would it help further financial Independence or stability throughout the nation as a whole.

Austen C. Gandy Comment On Regulatory Notice 22-08

The federal government has a fiduciary responsibility to its citizens. If requiring me to pass a test or sign a waiver to helps protect uneducated investors, I support FINRAs attempts to better regulate the market. ProShares sent me a share holder notice claiming that FINRA was going to take away the rights of investors, when in fact FINRA is doing their duty to protect U.S. citizens.
