Kittredge James Comment On Regulatory Notice 22-08

It's my money - not yours, to decide which products to invest in. This is an injustice amongst retail investors. We weigh the factors before investing, this 'Rule' is just more regulation against retail investors & inhibits are ability to be part of a open & balanced free-market to which is what is badly needed - not regulated to unhinged that privilege. Respectfully, TSgt James F. Kittredge, Ret. USAF

Sir/Madam: Do consider how much your proposed legislation will affect the "little guy" investor. With the proper sponsorship and legal safeguards any investor should be allowed to invest in investment products such as: Target Date Funds Non-Traditional Index Funds (Smart Beta + ESG) Emerging Market Funds High Yield Bond Funds Closed-end Funds Commodity Funds Cryptocurrency Funds Unconstrained Bond Funds Floating-rate/Leveraged Loan Funds Leveraged/Inverse Products Interval Funds Global Real Estate Funds ETNs, etc.

Ricky Krisle Comment On Regulatory Notice 22-08

I should be able to choose which publicly traded investments are right for my investment objectives and not regulators. All people should have the ability to buy publicly traded funds and not just those who are at a certain net worth. I understand the way the funds I use work and the risks involved and do not need to pass a test to prove my proficiency. These funds help me protect my portfolio during down as well as up days in the market as well as smooth out the volatility experienced lately. Thank you for listening to my thoughts.
