Let the public choose the funds they want to buy
I want to maintain my current freedom to invest in public securities of my choosing !!!
I strongly oppose such limitations on my investments! I am tired of all these radical attempts to further screw us over and hope we dont notice. You do not have our best interests in mind, so back off!
You not regulators should be able to choose the public investments that are right for you and your family. Public investments should be available to all of the public, not just the privileged.
Please do not restrict individual investors from using leveraged ETF's. These are useful short-term trading tools and are a small part of my investment account. We have already accepted the risks from our brokerage notification. This avoids using even riskier options or futures to get a higher return to fight inflation.
To Whom it May Concern, I was troubled to learn that the FINRA is considering passing SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15, which would affect individual investors like myself from using several popular public investments, including leveraged and inverse funds. I believe that I, not regulators, should be able to choose the public investments that are right myself and my family. Public investments should be available to all of the public, not just the privileged.
I am perfectly able to assess the risks of these and other complicated investments and do not require a "Nanny." TY
Dear SEC, I use leverage funds as a hedge for my total portfolio. I understand the risks involved with these funds. I do not need any more regulations enforced on me what I can do . As an American citizen, I believe the constitution offers me the opportunity to choose how I invest the money that I earned.
I as an individual would prefer to choose my own investments. Im building strategy that optimized for using leveraged and unversed funds and its a paramount for my financial independence
I hereby oppose restrictions on my right to invest in public investments. I should be able to choose the public investments that are right for me and my family. The Public investments should be available to all of the public, not just the privileged.
