John Moran Comment On Regulatory Notice 22-08
Individuals should be able choose which type of investments are right for them, not regulators. There is ENOUGH regulation, required disclosures, etc. and we need less not more.

I oppose restrictions to my right to invest
This is nonsense. Regulators should not chose what risk and investment I as an individual take.
I do not feel that I should be restricted or hampered from investing in these types of funds just because someone (who doesn't even know me) feels I'm not capable of undrestanding the risks. I also feel that I should not have to go through any process that will make it more difficult for me to continue to invest in these types of funds. As such, I strongly oppose restrictions to my investment rights.
Do not put additional regulations on levered sticks & ETF
I am totally opposed to restrictions on purchases of leveraged funds as well as shorting. Stock holders should have the ability to choose what they wish to purchase. This should not be left us to regulators. Public investments should be available to all of the public, NOT just the privileged. Leveraged and inverse funds are important and should be a part of my investment strategies.
Lets not over regulate items like funds for individuals, especially when multibillion dollar hedge funds are allowed to do much, much more.
Everyone should the right to invest!
I don't need regulators on telling me what I can or can't invest in.
Public investments should be available to all of the public, not just the privileged. Enough regulations!!! You will not! Stop killing our economy!
