You should not be able to sell something you don’t own. If borrowed; must have in possession and not “ we can get them later”. Also fail to delivers must be covered in a shorter timeframe. Honestly there should not be any fails to deliver. Short information should be readily available and not 2 days out. After the fact.

More frequent public reporting of short positions and more detail in public reports is needed.

They are openly driving the AMC stock price down. Whole world this AMC stock manipulation happening in open view. This is pure stock manipulation and cheating happening. All the buys are going through a dark pool and no price reflection happening. Please serve the Justice we are bleeding in losses.

Please shows short-sell study in chart like green and red candle bars for inflow and outflow add another color bars for short-sell and covered shorts in real-time. Including dark-pool buy and sell.

As a retail investor I cannot say I'm happy with the whole financial system with stock market. Everything we buy and sell is reported instantly. Our positions are transparent to any market maker or institution. All we ask for is full transparency on all transactions that occur in that trading day. In today's age we should be able to track and barcode every share that is available in a particular stock. The fact that small fines and turning a blind eye to market manipulation is damaging to the economy.

I support all proposed further regulations for market transparency in regards to short positions and FTD’s, hedge funds and institutional investors have an unfair advantage over the retail investors and are able to manipulate the market to their liking while hiding their shady activities.

Why we can buy real shares or sell real shares, and institutions could borrow synthetic shares or sell what they do not have? Everything needs to be public and legal, everything needs to be shown to everybody with real numbers on yhe shares. We cannot sell houses that we do not own, why hedge funds can? Thanks

It is apparent that in the current market retail investors are at a distinct disadvantage when the data and tools at the disposal of institutional investors are taken into consideration. Synthetic shares, the abuse of dark pools and a general lack of transparency mean that playing field is not level for all parties involved.
