I spent 2 years of my life serving the country that I love. The home of the brave and the land of the free. Now I'm being told I don't have the right or the privilege to spend or invest my hard earned money in the fashion I wish. Let's all bid a fond farewell to free enterprise as we know it. Sign of the times?

I do not support additional regulations in regards to investing in the Proshares Trust and other similar funds. Government overreach is becoming more of problem in the United States. Let investors do their own research and allow them to assume their own risks. Big Brother is not required.

I am able to decide for myself and my family which investments are right for us. I neither want nor need a regulatory body making rules and restrictions on this. The proposed FINRA Rule #22-08 is merely a wealth- (& power-) -hoarding tactic of those who already have it. Its out of touch and wrong. The Rule must be rejected.

Anyone who wants to invest should be able to. High risk investments are already limited at brokerage firms, example if you wanted to invest in certain option contracts brokerage firms will require a specific amount of capital in your account or you have to be eligible to invest using margin. Firms already are doing this to protect their risks so this would be unnecessary. Average investors should also have the same opportunity to increase their wealth, and take on those risks themselves.

Dont do this, its dumb [REDACTED] and solidfies modern fedulism.

Stop over regulating everything. LET EVERYONE INVEST

I use leveraged and inverse ETFs which are useful for me within my overall portfolio. I use these but don't have a lot of exposure to these products so they don't create extra risk, while they do create great return. Please DO NOT REMOVE the ability for individual investors or traders to use these products!

This is ridiculous. You let banks come up with ways to increase their monopolies and punish the retail investor? Why, because you can't punish the banks? This is the most anti-capitalist thing I've ever seen in America and it's happening under Biden, not Trump. There is no defense of this greater than the blame shared by unchecked big banks and hedge funds. Truly one of the most misguided attempts at fixing our financial system yet. Why don't you go after Elon Musk's multiple SEC violations that misled investors first?

You dont have the right to require people a special knowledge on how to invest their money. Public investments are just that public and every American has the right to invest in them in an attempt to create a better life for themselves and their family. Its completely unfair and unjust to limit average people the ability to invest to improve their own future.

The leveraged ETF products are asafe and valuable way for me to catch up on my retirement funding.
Restrictions would stifle my efforts.
