It is not acceptable to block investment opportunities from the everyday investor. Placing a literacy test into the mix will not ensure fiscal responsibility, and it could block investors with test anxiety, dyslexia, or other testing issues. Blocking users without a high net worth further disenfranchises those trying to earn wealth and will increase the wealth gap. Im appalled by the outright arrogance of this type of regulation.

I should have the right to invest in public investments that are right for me. Public investments should be available to EVERYONE, not just the privileged. Lets not keep the poor poor.

The government needs to focus on curbing government caused inflation. The governments insistence in creating legislation to limit investments that allow growth and the ability to maintain and grow my retirement is ever challenged. As a retired individual I have a fiduciary responsibility to myself to seek opportunities to maintain and grow my retirement. I am not rich, but I want to be able to live out my life under my own resources. With todays inflation, Social Security payments are shrunk based on the devaluation of our dollars.

I don't believe regulators should be deciding what investors like me can choose to purchase. I've been investing in leveraged/inverse funds for years know and it's a great way for me to hedge my other investments. It feels like regulators are trying to stop the little people from being able to take advantage of these funds. Please do not let that happen

Me not regulators should be able to choose the public investments that are right for you and your family. Public investments should be available to all of the public, not just the privileged.

I believe it is our right as investors in a free and fair market to invest our hard earned money into leveraged ETFs and inverse leveraged ETFs without regulation. It is our duty to make sure we are aware of the risks and regulations of these products and many brokerages offer a warning before trading or investing in these products. The regulation or complete banning of these products puts us at a disadvantage to properly hedge our positions or be within our own personal risk tolerances.

If this is allowed to pass, you are only increasing the wealth gap. You are inherently saying that anyone who has less than x amount is nothing more than a peasant. Remember we done away with the Feudal System hundreds of years ago. All of those investments that you want to block access to, can be traded by everyone with the guidance of a Broker and you know it. You're only concern is to keep anyone not deemed worthy out of them. So kindly [REDACTED]

I understand the risks and the benefits of leveraged ETF. I still can trade options. For years I prefer to trade these leverage ETF. I hope you dont change the rules.
