Tamilla Simpson Comment On Regulatory Notice 22-08

I am already frustrated with the limits imposed upon me as an individual investor and I don't need any more restrictions. I think if the warnings were a little stronger so that the investments were "properly understood" other people might think twice about what they invest in. But please, NO MORE RESTRICTIONS! I should be able to have all the opportunities available to me that accredited investor do.

Nathan Ayotte Comment On Regulatory Notice 22-08

Dear FINRA, First, let me introduce myself. I am Nathan Ayotte, and I am an individual investor with personal goals of acquiring a large average annual compound rate of return each year. Personally, I have been investing in a particular triple-leveraged ETF fund based on the Nasdaq-100 (Ticker: TQQQ) for 4 years, provided by an asset management company called ProShares. The fund is a fantastic, and its characteristics along with its stated daily performance objectives are very useful.

Lynda Strong Comment On Regulatory Notice 22-08

I use leveraged and inverse funds as a hedge in my portfolio. I have been very successful using leveraged and inverse funds and do not want regulators restricting what I am to buy and sell.
I also write weekly options and find leveraged and inverse fund along with weekly options as a very strategic way to increase and protect my assets. I do not want any more restriction to be placed on leveraged and inverse funds.

Nate Chonlahan Comment On Regulatory Notice 22-08

This ruling unfairly limits the ability to invest and profit or lose accordingly. Requiring education to the investor is reasonable but prohibiting access is rigging the game. It's understood that this environment carries heightened risk for these products. Putting a ruling like this in place now will restrict individuals access to these products in the future when risk is much lower, thus preventing access to profits.

This ruling is in no way fair to retail investors.
