I completely disagree with any government attempt to further regulate my choice of investments. It is MY business, not yours. Assets involved are MINE, not yours. Why dont you go regulate yourselves? Out of existence preferably.
Investing allows many people to find financial freedom. Regulations barring normal people from investing are unfair.
Generational wealth must not require a literacy test. Investors must not require a literacy test. Both concepts protect the firms making the investments and negate responsibility for incorrectly explaining financial consequences that may occur.
I think these restrictions on my right to invest should not be put in place. The market will go up. I have time and can wait. Right now there is an unexpected war with Russia but Russia will loose soon. I don't want to change my investments
I am an active investor in standard and leveraged ETFs. I understand the risks and have benefitted from their availability to the general public. While I am not an accredited investor, I ask that these investment products continue to be available.
I oppose restrictions on my right to invest my own money in any public investments. Public investments should be available to the public not just a select few. They are a limited part of my portfolio and I shouldn't have to go through any special training and oppose any measures imposed on my ability to do so.
Dear FINRA:
I strongly oppose restrictions on my right to invest in public investments due to the following stated reasons:
1)I have over two decades of experience in investments in various types of stocks and bonds. I went through multiple bull and bear markets, and have obtained great gains. I am highly confident with my knowledge and skills in such investments.
Hi FINRA, I make my own financial decisions. Do not restrict my investment options.
Gate keeping financial opportunities for the rich is ridiculous! They dont need even MORE ways to just gather more wealth from the rest of us.
