Gilbert Jonswold Comment On Regulatory Notice 22-08

Im a small investor, that attempts to look ahead of the market, to invest where I think the market is going. Being able to invest in bull and bear markets, being able to hedge positions is important to me. While I dont get every investment right, I keep my head above water, To deny me the ability to do this would reduce the activity I have in the market. It would also increase any thoughts I have that the market isnt exactly honest. A market should be a place where anyone can play, win or lose. Dont deny me this opportunity.

I oppose restrictions on my right to invest in publicly traded leveraged and/or inverse funds. I am capable of understanding leveraged and inverse funds and know best if they should be a component in my portfolio. Investors should not be required to pass any additional tests or measures in order to own public investments. Public leveraged and/or inverse funds should not be only for the elite and privileged. Keep these fund PUBILC.
