This is an obvious attempt to keep the rich richer and the poor no chance at these investments . to keep the poor poor. It is more cast society crap. I should be able to invest in anything a person with more wealth then me can invest in. If regulators are ok with me loseing everything on buying lottery tickets then why should theybe concerned if I lose everything on stock or any other investments I can come up with the Capitol to invest in. The only thing that should stop me from investing anywhere I want should be my wallet.

I have a small mount in retirement fund and invested this 20 + years ago. Now it is losing money daily. Can't afford lose any more or I will be on welfare!

Dear regulators,

Appreciate the efforts to keep investors safe. Please believe in them to take the right decisions for themselves. It is paramount that they have the freedom to choose where and how much to invest, in the legal investment avenues of course. I wouldn't mind having to learn more about the risks of certain non-traditional investments, but mandating this would be an overreach in my opinion.

We live in a Constitutional Federal Republic that has become the most successful nation in history because of Free Market Capitalism! Our constitutional system puts the emphasis on individual freedom, and our capitalist economy is also based on individual freedom, which includes the freedom to choose badly and fail! Stay [REDACTED] out of our business, away from our freedom, and keep your Big Brother boots of my free to be stubbed toes!

Please do not bring regulations that stifle adoption and investment. This is all part of freedom being able to invest in an asset (precious metals, precious stones, stocks, bonds, currency or digital currency etc), claiming America being a free nation, and not allowing financial freedom such as investment as long it's within guidelines of law that protects the investor from scammers and the exchange that sells the digital asset / Crypto Currency etc.

I want the freedom to try even if it means failing!

What I choose to invest in is my personal business, it is not up to politicians to control every aspect of my life; you are elected "representatives," not lords or masters. And if you want to requires tests for investing, test the financial planners and require they are held accountable for their fiduciary position in recommending certain investment products.

Please stop preventing US nationals from benefiting a once in a lifetime opportunity . We deserve the same opportunity n ity as the rest of the world and can't afford to lose out on cryptos advantages while bypassed by China, Russia etc

Please continue to let retail investors utilize leverage and inverse ETFs. They have been a useful and simplified instrument for retail investors to invest. Taking these tools away remove the freedom in which retail investors can operate.
