Michael Buckley Comment On Regulatory Notice 22-08

I have been safely and profitably investing in a leveraged, inverse fund for years in taxed and tax-deferred accounts.and have been investing in stocks, bonds and derivatives for decades. Leveraged, inverse funds are only a small part of my investment portfolio and are an even smaller part of my net worth. I understand the risks and mitigate them by buying shares only when the risk is relatively low and the opportunity for profit is relatively high. So, I don't want the government allegedly protecting me by issuing regulations that limit my investing opportunities.

Robert Zizzi Comment On Regulatory Notice 22-08

My name is Robert. P. Zizzi. I have been investing in the markets for over 55 years, and I certainly don't need someone telling me suddenly what I can and cannot invest in when it comes to my portfolio and publicly traded securities. I have invested in both Put and Call options and ETFs and ETNs many times in order hedge and leverage my investments and am doing so very well currently. Trying to make these products available to only a few rich insiders is just another way to allow "Insider Trading" for the well connected.

Joseph Granuzzo Comment On Regulatory Notice 22-08

I oppose restrictions to my right to invest in Proshares. Investing in any stocks should be allowed to for our future ,with Inverse funds to invest for the public levels the playing field. If you all wanted to get rid of our oppertunity to invest in Proshares, you should of placed restrictions on them in 2008 when you all new the market would be going up for 14 years and Proshares were going down. Now that the market is shifting to the downside you want to place restrictions on them, how unfair that would be to all of us.

Aydin Buday Comment On Regulatory Notice 22-08

How about you guys make sure everyone is square about ethics and close politicians loopholes first. Nancy Pelosi and her husband are better investors than Warren Buffet. Having over 60% returns where Warren has never gotten over 20%. You think that has something to do with their access to inside information?
Why are we being closed off from investing? Who gets to invest then? Should be open to everyone or noone. What you should regulate is foreign investors on our shores.
