Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, Inc. (“FINRA”) is filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC” or “Commission”) a proposed rule change to amend FINRA Rule 6897(b) (CAT Cost Recovery Fees) to implement a historical Consolidated Audit Trail (“CAT”) recovery assessment designed to permit FINRA to recoup its contributions to recoverable historical costs of the National Market System Plan Governing the Consolidated Audit Trail incurred prior to January 1, 2022.

FINRA has adopted changes to its rules to permit, and in some instances require, electronic service and filing of documents in disciplinary and other proceedings and appeals.1 FINRA has also amended its rules to require parties in proceedings before the Office of Hearing Officers (OHO) to file and serve the parties with their current email address and contact information at the
FINRA previously announced it will be modifying the Statistics data on the OTC Transparency Data website to enhance the amount of information that is available to its users.
These enhancements will now occur beginning on Monday, November 21, 2022.

Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, Inc. (“FINRA”) is filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC” or “Commission”) a proposed rule change to extend temporary supplementary material .17 (Temporary Relief to Allow Remote Inspections for Calendar Years 2020, 2021, 2022, and 2023) under FINRA Rule 3110 (Supervision) to include calendar year 2024.
