Report short positions for a company they need to be enforced. Company's are super overleveraged and they are hiding these transactions and masking their short positions/Naked shorts to manipulate the stock market. Retail traders are the backing of these companies Like AMC and GME yet these institutions can do whatever they want behind closed doors.
I am an investor in AMC. I, as millions of others, have purchased our shares and held honestly. The hedge funds, however, have continually manipulated the stock market, namely AMC and GME. Their reporting of short interest position and their manipulation of naked shares, dark pool shenanigans, short ladder attacks and getting slaps on the wrist being fined a pittance compared to their net worth
Order execution on the dark pool vs nyse. 1. There needs to be a limit on how many share that can be purchased on the dark pool and sold on the nyse to short a stock. 2. A market maker should not be allowed to handle orders of execution on a stock he or she is shorting. This creates a huge conflict of interest and predatory practices. They will just route your buys through the dark side and your
As an investor in our countries “fair & free” stock market the suspicious activity surrounding a few stocks has made myself (and millions of other investors) quite skeptical on the integrity and fairness of the US stock market. The world is watching to see what happens as greedy hedge funds with billions of dollars tinker around with the market with shady (even illegal) tactics that could

I have been an investor since the 80s. I invest in a variety of stocks in the hope of owning a share of each companys profits. It is a business. Throughout the years, stocks rise, fall, and rise again. At times, the whole market tanks. The only way to protect myself as a small investor, is to be able to hold inverse investments. Like shorting individual stocks, inverse vehicles should stay on the
Leverage ETF is like a high growth stock. It makes no sense to require investment to pass a test to trade or even hold the leverage ETF.
Netflix (NFLX) is a good example of a high growth stock. It was one of the best performing stocks for over 2 decades, but in just 5 short months, it drops from $700.99 on 11/7/2021 to $199.87 today's closing (5/3/2022) or down over 70%.
Market makers and Hedge funds have turned the stock market into a casino. The practice of short selling and even worse naked short selling are nothing short of criminal. Allowing these firms to manipulate the price of shares at will, in dark pools, without any threat of consequences is reprehensible. How the SEC continues to allow this practice shines light on their impotence and questions the
I believe short interest should be more limited to 15% max 10 business day holds but then have to cover, I personally think its wrong to short a stock when the company is doing well on the books but on the market they are being pummeled to the point of needing an RS and then they are shorted even more to the point of needing another rs. This is where I believe it becomes criminal, Shorts need
I want in depth reports on short positions for any and every stock on the market. I also want reports on how many of those short positions are on loan as well as the strike numbers for each individual option. Secondly, short sellers (mainly institutions) should absolutely not be able to hold MASSIVE uncovered short options. They should be required to have covered puts before placing any puts.
