Eric Hargrave Comment On Regulatory Notice 22-08

There should not be any limitations for anyone wanting to trade or invest. We don't limit people other than age to drink, drive, or smoke they are far more risky than trading and investing. People know the dangers of smoking and yet people have a choice. Gambling is risky and people have a choice to gamble traders and investors should also have the chance to choose if its to risky for them.

James Roberts Comment On Regulatory Notice 22-08

Investors are responsible for their own decisions. If someone wants to invest in leveraged and inverse funds, they should be able to do it without regulation. Public investments should be available to all of the public, not just a privlieged few in society and you shouldn't have to pay a financial advisor to trade in leveraged and inverse funds. I oppose the FINRA Regulatory Notice #22-08.
