Dear FINRA:
I strongly oppose restrictions on my right to invest in public investments due to the following stated reasons:
1)I have over two decades of experience in investments in various types of stocks and bonds. I went through multiple bull and bear markets, and have obtained great gains. I am highly confident with my knowledge and skills in such investments.
Hi FINRA, I make my own financial decisions. Do not restrict my investment options.
Gate keeping financial opportunities for the rich is ridiculous! They dont need even MORE ways to just gather more wealth from the rest of us.
You have no right to interfere with my ability to buy any investment i see fit for my portfolio. It is my responsibility to understand the limits and liabilities with the investments I make. Stay out of the citizen's business!
The American public is capable of making their own decisions, carefully researching their choices, and taking appropriate action. As such, Americans do not need their financial to be controlled by regulators. Limiting the right of citizens to determine their financial future is elitist and an infringement on the liberty and freedoms upon which our nation has built its reputation.
I shouldn't have to take any sort of test or pass any extraneous process to be able to choose how I invest the money I work hard for. If I have the right to make decisions on how my money is spent and invested.
Dear regulators. How about you do your jobs and protect the investor public by enforcing the laws concerning illegal activities being openly used by hedge fund managers to manipulate the markets to their benefit? It's outrageous that entities who profit ( in insane amounts ) are allowed to control not only fringe investing techniques, but to operate as market makers to directly benefit their own funds. The open corruption by which the U.S. Congress is able to trade stocks with access to insider information with basically no consequences or restrictions is criminal.
The right to invest as one chooses is our right. Do not take it away!
We the people should have to right to invest in whatever we please. It is not the job of the government to guide where our personal money is spent
