Comments:
Leveraged funds have helped me improve my investing skills because:
1) I have had to learn about technical indicators to prevent the the losses particular to this type of investment.
2) Learn more about the behaviour of market sectors which in turn has also helped me understand better how to invest in conventional ETFs.
3) I have had to pay close attention to how to balance my investments between leveraged and conventional ETFs
I should be able to choose the public investments that are right for me and my family. Public investments should be available to all of the public, not just the privileged.
I've been saving up all my life to be in a position to invest in whatever I want - now these proposed regulations deem to treat me as someone not worthy to make my own decisions?
Please consider my comments on FINRA Regulatory Notice #22-08. Leveraged funds provided on the open market (such as TQQQ, and SQQQ as a short vehicle) provide an equal opportunity for all investors to participate in returns for profitable investments without needing to understand and be involved with complexities of option trades.
I have been investing for 63years and I do not need you telling me what I can and cannot do with my investment money. Keep your hands out of my pockets.
I use leveraged and inverse funds as a protection hedge and to enhance returns. I am fully capable of understanding leverage and inverse funds as well as risks. I don't need a special test before investing in these funds safely. I should be able to choose the public investments that are right for me and my family, not regulators. Public investments should be available to all of the public. I oppose restrictions to my right to invest.

I want to invest in crypto ETF.
All individuals should be able to invest in public securities and everyone should be able to invest in what is right for themselves and their families. You shouldnt have to take a test or need special permission to invest.
Banning leveraged ETFs only closes off another avenue of options for the retail investor while making them available to institutional investors only. Retail investors also need access to affordable leverage which is what leveraged ETFs provide. A standard unlevered portfolio is no longer sufficient in todays world for retirement.
I should be able to choose where to invest my money. The job of regulators is to keep banks and corporations honest, not to restrict consumers from making decisions.
