How do non weathy people hope to become wealthy with so many obstacles in the way

The idea of making it so only certain people can invest in certain things is absolutely absurd. It's also
a form of classism and ableism. Every single person should be able to choose the investments that are right for them. It is ridiculous this is even being considered.

Please stop trying to control The Peoples choices.. for anything, including investments!

Legislation should not be passed that limits the public's ability to invest in what we are comfortable in investing, including what you may consider "complex securities, and we should not have to go through any special process to invest. Please do not continue to push us into a nanny state where the government does not let us invest as we see fit.

I oppose any limitation/Regulation that will affect me from investing in any Financial/securities instruments leveraged and inverse funds.

How are you? I oppose restrictions to my right to invest. I should be able to choose the public investments. Public investments should be able to all of the public, not just the privileged. I should not have to go through any special process like passing a test before I can invest in public securities, like leveraged and invers fund. Because I understand that meaning of leveraged and invers fund and these are important to my investment strategies to help me hedge my investments and to seek enhanced return. Thank you very much. I am AGAINST passage of FINRA’s Regulatory Notice 22-08 taking effect. I trade leveraged indexed ETF's over daily time horizons. I understand the risks intrinsic to leveraged indexed ETFs' implementation, and actively monitor my investments.

The regulations are guaranteed to harm investors. Investors do not need protection from themselves. Investors who invest in “complex” financial instruments are individuals who understand the relationship between risk and reward. The proposed regulations will not deter individuals from making financially risky decisions. Instead, the regulations will encourage individuals to invest in riskier alternatives (e.g., crypto, penny stocks, and SPACs). Everyone’s financial goals are different, and everyone should have the right to choose their investments freely.

Do not do this! This will cause far more economic and social stratification. Its policies like these that will be the death of Democracy, our way of life, and in the end those that support such policy.
