Sorry Regulators, You can find something better to do with your time than restrict my rights. I am a big boy and can make decisions on my own! So leave it alone!
Please do not allow restrictions to be put on ETF trading/investing.
I do not want regulations to be put on ETF's or funds of any kind. Everyone should be allowed to trade these.
Once again, I oppose any limitations/restrictions on my ability to buy/sell any of my investments.
Limitations hurt investors like myself.
As a grown adult living in the United States of America, I believe that everyone should have the freedom to invest as they please, regardless of the privileges afforded to them by the circumstances of their birth or upbringing. Someone who is literate enough to purchase leveraged exchange-traded funds is similarly literate enough to research and understand them. In most cases, these leveraged funds are actually safer than more "accessible" investments like individual stocks and cryptocurrencies, and yet FINRA desires to impede involvement with the former, not the latter.
dont deny access
This will impact my investments and will make it very complex.
Absolute tyranny to restrict public investment opportunities while a privileged few would have limitless opportunities.
Deeming a product "too complex" and requiring testing or demonstration of high net worth is proof that this concept of investment freedom is something a few at the top enjoy and seek to strip from the remainder.
Please make leverage fund available to retail investors.
I am opposed to any form of regulation on this matter that would affect how I invest for my own future. What happens to the least of us Americans affects all of us more. Lets all remember that those who invest little will be the most impacted.
I would like the flexibility to buy. It should be left to individual investors to decide if they want to buy leveraged and/or inverse funds.
I use these funds to manage my risk and to achieve better returns. Please do not take away this.
Thanks.
