Jon Wigby Comment On Regulatory Notice 22-08
I should be able to choose the public investments that are right for ME and my family.

They already take a third of my paycheck in taxes. Now they want to control the other 2/3rd's!!!!
Return to the US Constitution and make money private again instead of the central bank controlled fiat fraud.
Please keep me be able to live I only have a few investments and I would starve without them I am disabled and my daddy left me a little but not enough
There should not be any limitations for anyone wanting to trade or invest. We don't limit people other than age to drink, drive, or smoke they are far more risky than trading and investing. People know the dangers of smoking and yet people have a choice. Gambling is risky and people have a choice to gamble traders and investors should also have the chance to choose if its to risky for them.
You have the benefit of the equivalent of insider trading information. Why should the public be restricted even more?
I have successfully made a substantial amount of wealth in the past 5 years, by using these leveraged investments and I am looking forward on retiring soon by using them. My ability to make wealth for me and may family should not be restricted.
Stop with the regulations. Free market should mean just that.
Investors are responsible for their own decisions. If someone wants to invest in leveraged and inverse funds, they should be able to do it without regulation. Public investments should be available to all of the public, not just a privlieged few in society and you shouldn't have to pay a financial advisor to trade in leveraged and inverse funds. I oppose the FINRA Regulatory Notice #22-08.
I oppose any restriction for my right to invest as I wish.
