I have been trading 3x leveraged funds for 12 years, namely TQQQ but many others including UDOW which I consider a very safe investment long term.

There is absolutely no reason to impose any regulations on leveraged/inverse funds. Investing by nature is risky whether its leveraged or not. The overwhelming majority of people know this. We dont need your nanny state nonsense taking care of us. Let people learn the greatest investment lessons of all by being responsible for the decisions they make.

I should be able to make my own decision in what I invest in. I understand the risk and only invest a portion of my money in risky investments. I do not need the government's protection. You end up stifling freedom. This country was founded on people being able to take risks and get the rewards or failure from the results.

This is a grossly unfair proposal. All investors should be given the same opportunities to invest. The regulator has now right to give the rich and Wall Street crowd special investment opportunities that middle class investors dont have. Such rules contribute to more economic inequality.

Why is FINRA even a thing? They should be abolished. Another bootlicking "authority" captured by the investment banks doing whatever they can to restrict the public's access to financial products. [REDACTED]

This does not need more big government! I'm a small-time investor, and I want to make my own investment decisions. Of course, all investing carries a risk - stocks, bonds, crypto, buying houses, etc etc.

These funds create an equal playing field for the small-time investors, not Wall Street. So please do not pass this. Thank-you.

I oppose restrictions on my rights to invest. Your constant infringement on my life, liberty and pursuit of happiness is devasting already. I have worked my entire life, paid my bills myself, and done without things I could not afford. I deserve to be able to direct my hard earned dollars (that you already tax too much) to the investments I choose.
