Tippu Ghouse Comment On Regulatory Notice 22-08
This will impact my investments and will make it very complex.
For the Public

This will impact my investments and will make it very complex.
Absolute tyranny to restrict public investment opportunities while a privileged few would have limitless opportunities.
Deeming a product "too complex" and requiring testing or demonstration of high net worth is proof that this concept of investment freedom is something a few at the top enjoy and seek to strip from the remainder.
Please make leverage fund available to retail investors.
I am opposed to any form of regulation on this matter that would affect how I invest for my own future. What happens to the least of us Americans affects all of us more. Lets all remember that those who invest little will be the most impacted.
I would like the flexibility to buy. It should be left to individual investors to decide if they want to buy leveraged and/or inverse funds.
I use these funds to manage my risk and to achieve better returns. Please do not take away this.
Thanks.
I have used ETF's and leveraged accounts for many years to protect to the down side and leverage to the up side of the market. Please don't control how I invest, and I take responsibility for my use of leveraged investments for profit or loss. All the public investments have statements about risk and possibility of loss.
I am in opposition of more regulations on inverse and leveraged funds.
I not regulators should be able to choose the public investments that are right for me and my family. Public investments should be available to all of the public, not just the privileged. Provided that adequate warnings are given to the investor
Hello, It is my risk that I am taking not yours.
Regulators should not be able to choose the public investments that are right for my family. Public investments should be available to all of the public, not just the privileged. I shouldn't have to go through any special process like passing a test before I can invest in public securities, like leveraged and inverse funds. I am fully capable of understanding leveraged and inverse funds and their risks. I do not need these measures imposed on me, nor does anyone else.
