Jon Bloomberg Comment On Regulatory Notice 22-08

Really? I've been trading stocks, bonds, currencies, futures and actual treasury bonds since 1966. I've had a Series 7, 24 and 55. And you want to make me do what? This is a stupid regulation that prohibits me from doing what I want as an investor in public securities. I obviously understand risk, leverages and inverse funds. Restricting my ability to invest in these securities will harm my returns.
Ridiculous.

Tom Armour Comment On Regulatory Notice 22-08

I use leveraged funds as part of my overall strategy for investing. While they only make up a small portion if my investments, I think they are an important tool in achieving my goals. I should be able to purchase these freely without needing to go through special processes. I understand not only the risks associated with these types of investments, but also the rewards. We do not need regulators gatekeeping these leveraged or inverse funds. This is my money and I should be able to invest it as I see fit.

Christopher Hall Comment On Regulatory Notice 22-08

I vehemently oppose restrictions on how I choose to invest my money in public investment of any kind. I am not a child and it's not your role to treat me like one. I shouldn't have to prove anything to anybody regarding the funds I desire to invest in. I know how to plan my investments. Whether they produce the results I desire is NOT your problem. It is mine. I'm an adult and can make my own decisions. Do not restrict my ability to invest in the instruments I see fit.

Asad Comment On Regulatory Notice 22-08

Please do not restrict the ability of retail customers to invest in Complex Products. In a market downturn, inverse ETFs/ETPs are some of the easiest ways to hedge against falling market. Placing what I view to be artificial restrictions on these types of products will hinder retail customers ability to simply survive a large-scale market correction. I am invested in a very small quantity of inverse ETFs, simply to try and survive a broad market downturn.

Douglas Hendrickson Comment On Regulatory Notice 22-08

I find it troubling that you are considering making unreasonable restrictions on my ability to invest in leveraged and inverse funds, for several reasons. I should be able to make my own decisions without your blessings, you know nothing about me. Also this will severely hamper my ability to be successful with stock investing. I don't think anyone is more concerned about my financial well being then my self. Please do not consider moving forward with regulatory notice #22-08
